Class Description

The 201 curriculum marks the transition from foundational mechanics to high-impact tactical application. This course is designed to bridge the gap between static marksmanship and true defensive readiness by introducing the critical elements of time and physical movement. Students will refine their holster work under the clock, master weapon-retention techniques, and develop the cognitive ability to engage multiple threats while maintaining absolute control over their environment. Technical Curriculum We focus on the "architectural" integration of speed, movement, and defensive tactics: - Holster Sub-Systems: Advanced dry-fire and live-fire presentations at varied distances ranging from 3 to 15 yards. - Efficiency Under Stress: Rigorous, timed evaluations for malfunction clearances and emergency reloads. - Dynamic Engagement: Mastering multiple target indexing and high-speed transitions. - Close Quarters Protocol: Professional implementation of the SUL position for safe, close-contact navigation. - Combative Integration: Utilizing the Palm-Strike Step-Back to create distance and gain immediate leverage in defensive encounters. Mission Readiness Checklist To maintain the professional pace of this training, please arrive with the following gear staged and ready: Hardware & Support - Platform: A reliable semi-automatic handgun. - Holster & Belt: A purpose-built OWB or IWB holster paired with a sturdy belt. - Load Carriage: (3) Magazines and a dedicated magazine pouch. - Ammunition: 300 rounds of factory-fresh ammunition. Protection & Sustainment - PPE: Wraparound eye protection and ear protection (electronic preferred); knee pads are highly recommended for dynamic drills. - Range Attire: Professional and safe (tactical pants or jeans, high-collar shirts, and closed-toe footwear). - Sustainment: Hydration and weather-appropriate layers (all training is conducted at our outdoor facility). Important Details - Safety Standard: Failure to adhere to strict safety protocols will result in immediate disqualification without a refund. - Policy: All course fees are non-refundable. Bridge the gap between fundamentals and tactical mastery with the discipline of a professional.
